Open Animation Shop

Open your saved PSP image (the one you just lost on the puter LOL)
into Animation Shop.

Your Three layers that you created in PSP is now three separate Frames in Animation Shop

Go to Frame number 2 and click on it. Which selects this frame (Blue/Red borders around frame) Right Click on this frame and select:

Copy 

Go to Frame number 3 and click on it.
Right click on this frame and select:

Paste-After Current Frame

Go to Frame number 1 and click to select it
Right Click and Select:

Copy

Go to Frame number 4 (the one you just pasted) and Select it
Right click and Select:

Paste-After Current Frame

You should now have five (5) Frames

Go back to Frame one and select it and
Right Click and then select:

Frame Properties

Change the Display time to 92

Go to frame two and select it and
Right Click and select:

Frame Properties

Change the Display time to 15

Do the same with Frame three changing the Display time to: 32

Do the same with Frame four changing the time to: 15

Do the same with Frame five changing the time to: 40

You should now have five frames with the following times:
Frame 1 92
Frame 2 15
Frame 3 32
Frame 4 15
Frame 5 40

Go to Save and save it off as a GIF file

You're all done!!
